We offer free shipping to the entire EU. All packages are shipped with GLS, with Track & Trace number included.
GLS will attempt to deliver the package at the specified address. If no one is home, then GLS will leave a packing slip, with information about which GLS pick-up location the package can be picked up from – It is not possible to pre-select that location. GLS will select the nearest pick-up location according to your address.
The order processing time is 1 business day.
Shipping time is 2-3 business days for Denmark and 4-12 business days for the rest of the EU. The mentioned processing and delivery time does not include holidays.
A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product/service.

Right of withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy is given for goods purchased on our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
You will have to pay for the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days of the purchase and from the day of the cancellation, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days.
The notification must be given by email at email@example.com. In the notice, you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item if you decide to return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not use it for real use.
